In order to qualify for a distribution, a minimum utilization of $50,000 must be purchased from Cellution Biologics in a calendar month. This utilization minimum resets to zero at the beginning of each month.

Member distributions are calculated based on the GPO’s profitability and encompasses values including but not necessarily limited to: total purchase amounts, less any Bonafide service fees and administrative fees.

Yes. W-9 forms are required for enrollment and all distributions are reported to the IRS as 1099-misc at the end of each year.

Yes. K1 will provide all regulatory compliance with CMS. K1 will collect general payments data and submit annual filings with CMS open-payments, reducing your risk and administrative overhead.
